Products

Returns: Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back and how to receive the exchange.

Non-returnable items: Personalized or customized products, gift cards, and digital downloads (such as journals or planners) cannot be returned or refunded.

Services

Coaching & Program Services: Due to the personalized nature of coaching sessions and programs, we do not offer refunds for services once they have been booked or provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out to us directly. We are happy to discuss any concerns and work with you to ensure you receive the value you deserve.

Virtual Tarot Readings: All sales for virtual tarot readings are final. If you feel that the reading did not meet your expectations or if you have any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of the reading, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Coaching & Program Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

Tarot Readings: Tarot readings may be rescheduled if you provide 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the session.
